'Abuse of Power' review: It 'held me spell-bound'
'Abuse of Power' review: It 'held me spell-bound'
(MichaelSavage.com) "When I got to the last chapters I did not want it to end" ...By Jack Sarfatti
I seldom read a book cover to cover these days — especially an action novel in the “James Bond” genre. “Abuse of Power” by Michael Savage held me spell-bound. I read it in two sittings. It would have been one sitting, but it was too late at night. I finished it the next day. There is never a dull moment in the story. It’s like the series “24″ on steroids. Just as one cliff hanger happens and you think you can take a breath and relax — another one happens. It’s almost too much excitement — adrenaline pumping. When I got to the last chapters I did not want it to end. The book is well-crafted, with multi-dimensional characters and a very coherent plotline. I look forward to the motion picture.

Pakistan Let China See 'Stealth' Chopper From bin Laden Raid
ISLAMABAD — Pakistan gave China access to the previously unknown "stealth" helicopter that crashed during the commando raid that killed Osama bin Laden in May despite explicit requests from the CIA not to, the Financial Times reported on Sunday.
The revelation, if confirmed, is likely to further shake the U.S.-Pakistan relationship, which has been improving slightly after hitting its lowest point in decades following the May 2 bin Laden raid.

White House Cleanses Israel from Website
this photo of Vice President Joe Biden and Shimon Peres, with an accompanying caption that indicated it had been taken last year in Jerusalem, Israel:
The point of posting the photo was to show that, although the State Department refuses to say that Jerusalem is in Israel, even the White House website acknowledges this elementary truth (at least for Western Jerusalem, west of the 1949 armistic lines). But not any more. Within two hours of posting, the White House has apparently gone through its website, cleansing any reference to Jerusalem as being in Israel

The man who leads one of China’s top rating agencies says the greenback’s status as the world’s reserve currency is set to wane as the world’s most powerful policy makers convene to examine the implication of S&P’s decision to strip the United States of its triple “A” rating.
In comments emailed to CNBC, Guan Jianzhong, chairman of Dagong Global Credit Rating, said the currency is “gradually discarded by the world,” and the “process will be irreversible.”

New Video: Breitbart Demands Black Caucus Apologize to America
Rep. Andre Carson wants to change the subject. I don’t blame him.
On April 13, 2010 he told AP reporter Jesse Washington, “I think we need to move toward a dialogue that explores why this kind of divisive and reprehensible language is still making it into our political debate.”
The “divisive and reprehensible language” that Rep. Carson is referring to is his claim that while he left the Cannon office building on March 20 with Rep. John Lewis, they were verbally assaulted by health care protesters hurling the “N-word” at them. He said the scene was so hostile he “expected rocks to come” when he was coming out of Cannon.
I wanted to see the evidence. I wanted the truth. In the course of our search we have actually uncovered further video evidence that casts serious doubt on Rep.Carson’s claims

Furor grows over Ariz. law against immigrants
The furor over Arizona's new law cracking down on illegal immigrants grew Monday as opponents used refried beans to smear swastikas on the state Capitol, civil rights leaders demanded a boycott of the state, and the Obama administration weighed a possible legal challenge.
Activists are planning a challenge of their own, hoping to block the law from taking effect by arguing that it encroaches on the federal government's authority to regulate immigration and violates people's constitutional rights by giving police too much power.
